School Sports Posters, Senior Banners & Commercial Team Photography

Custom-designed team posters, senior banners, and commercial artwork for high school sports, show choirs, bands, theater, and activity programs. All photography and design are created on-location and printed through my professional lab to ensure consistent, high-impact results.

Core Packages

Team / Group Creative Fee — $450

Commercial on-location team photography for sports, performance, and school activities.

Includes:
• Up to 1 hour on-location (field, gym, rink, stage, or rehearsal space)
• Travel within 20 miles of Medford, WI
• Lighting setup and professional posing
• Full team or group photograph
• One custom team or group poster design proof
• Edited team/group proofs for final artwork

Posters, banners, and prints are ordered separately so you only pay for what you need.

Senior / Featured Performer Banner — $150 per senior

Ideal for varsity seniors, team captains, soloists, section leaders, and featured cast members.

Includes:
• Individual senior portrait captured during the team session (no extra appointment)
• Custom-designed 4'×3' vinyl banner
• Composite artwork with name, number or role, and school branding
• Social-media optimized preview of final design
• Printed banner delivered directly to the coach, director, or school contact

All banner designs are created exclusively for my professional lab.
Design files are not for sale and not approved for outside printing.

Team Posters — $3.00 each

11×17 Pearl Posters (high-impact, semi-metallic finish)

Pricing:
• Under 100 posters — $3.00 each
• 100 posters — $300 total

Perfect for:
School hallways, businesses, supporters, parents, fundraisers, programs, and community promotion.

Posters are printed through my lab to maintain color accuracy and quality.
Poster design files are not released.

How a School Commercial Shoot Works

1. Plan the Session

We confirm your roster, list of seniors or featured performers, and what you need—team posters, senior banners, social graphics, or a full package.

2. On-Location Photography

I photograph the full team and all seniors/featured performers during a single session at your school or in our Medford Studio.

3. Design & Proofs

Your poster and banner designs are created using school colors, logos, names, numbers, and branding specific to your program.

4. Print & Delivery

Your posters and banners are printed through my professional lab and delivered to your designated contact.

Sports Posters & Senior Banner FAQ

How does the design process work?

For each team or group, I create a single, cohesive design concept that fits your school branding and the look we discussed ahead of time. This keeps the process efficient, affordable, and consistent across all players and prints.

  • One main design concept per team or group
  • Names, numbers, spelling, and color corrections included
  • Artwork is created specifically for professional printing through my lab
Are revisions or alternate designs included?

Basic corrections are included (names, numbers, spelling, and minor color tweaks). Any additional creative work beyond the original concept may require an extra design fee.

  • Included: one primary design concept per team
  • Included: one round of basic corrections
  • Additional fee: alternate layouts, major redesigns, or special effects
  • Additional fee: parent- or player-specific custom changes outside the team design

This policy keeps the project on schedule and helps us deliver finished posters and banners quickly during busy seasons.

Can individual players or parents request their own design changes?

No. To keep the process fair, fast, and consistent, I do not customize the main team design based on individual player or parent preferences.

  • All players are photographed and designed in a consistent style
  • Design decisions are made in collaboration with the coach or school contact
  • Individual “special requests” from players or parents are not part of the standard package

This ensures that everyone is represented equally and the project stays within the agreed budget and timeline.

Who do you work with on the day of the shoot?

On shoot day, I work directly with one designated adult over 18 (coach, advisor, or school representative). This keeps communication clear and the session efficient.

  • One point-of-contact adult during the session (coach/advisor/AD)
  • Players and parents are asked to follow the coach’s and photographer’s direction
  • Posing and grouping are handled by the photographer for speed and consistency

This approach protects the schedule, keeps students focused, and maintains a professional environment.

Can we get the design files to print on our own?

No. All artwork, image files, and composite designs are protected by copyright and are printed exclusively through my professional lab.
